Writer: Manish KumarManish Kumar

Date & Time: 24 July 2021 (9:30am - 12pm) I Am Me, Not My OCD is an online forum which aims to educate youths on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Through stories and sharing by persons with OCD, this forum aims to shed light on the real difficulties that OCD patients face on a day-to-day basis, to correct stigma surrounding this condition and promote greater empathy towards this group. Additionally, as OCD is a condition often stems from when a person is in his/her youth, there is a need to promote greater awareness of OCD through this forum to reduce barriers preventing one from seeking help and ultimately reduce the treatment gap of OCD.
